of Settling

An open evening, for anyone curious about this work.

If you've been curious about energy work, what it is, what it feels like, whether it might be for you, this is an evening to come and see. Whatever you spend your days carrying, sensing what others feel, holding more than you name, there is room to set it down here. Come sit in the space, watch a brief demonstration of how I assess the body's energy, and stay as long as feels good.

• Ask whatever you've been wondering, however feels easy, out loud or on paper.
• Warm tea and a little something to nourish.
• A grounding practice to close, so you leave a little more settled than you arrived.
